3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Currency: All prices listed on the store are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Prices are inclusive of the mandatory 15% VAT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. VAT details will be clearly displayed on your invoice and order summary.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed prior to the update.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation sent by the store represents final acceptance of the transaction.

  • belle v reserves the right to decline or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

    • Product unavailability or stock depletion.

    • Unintentional pricing or product description errors.

    • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or unauthorized card usage.

    • Inability of courier services to deliver to the provided address.

  • If an order is canceled by the store after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the customer without any deductions.

  • We support secure, government-approved electronic payment gateways in Saudi Arabia (such as Mada, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and approved installment platforms).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and location details. Any delays or additional costs arising from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

  • All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, which fully complies with Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
