Clear Return and Exchange Period

Product Condition and Requirements

To ensure the acceptance of a return or exchange request, the product must be in its exact original condition as purchased:
  • Unused and unopened (for fragrances).
  • Fully sealed in its original packaging with all security seals intact.
  • Undamaged, free from any defects, scratches, or signs of use.
  • Unaffected by any external odors (such as other perfumes, household scents, or smoke).
  • Accompanied by all original accessories (if any), tags, and attached labels.
  • The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

Excluded Products and Cases

To maintain the quality of our products and the safety of our customers, certain items and cases are excluded from being returned or exchanged:
  • Products that have been opened or partially used (including belle v fragrances once the original wrapping is opened or used).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or failure to comply with storage instructions.
  • Products modified or customized based on a special customer request.
  • Products damaged after receipt, or missing any of their original accessories.
  • Products purchased as part of final clearance or special promotions where it was explicitly stated as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping Fees and Liability

Responsibility for return or exchange shipping fees is determined as follows:
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item: belle v covers all shipping fees related to the return or exchange process.
  • In case of return/exchange without defect (customer preference): The customer bears the original shipping fees as well as the return or exchange shipping fees.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and verified to meet our return conditions, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the return request is approved and the product is received.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on banking and payment processor policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from your order, we apologize for the inconvenience and assure you of our commitment to resolving the issue immediately:
  • You must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receiving the order.
  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the order number.
  • Upon verification, the product will be replaced with a sound item or a full refund will be issued, depending on your choice and product availability.

Discounted Products and Promotional Offers

Products purchased during sales or promotional periods are subject to the standard Return and Exchange Policy, unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase as "Final Clearance" or "Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable." In such cases, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
